Refund Policy

All Sales Final
Once an order has been shipped, all sales are final. Due to the nature of research compounds, we cannot accept returns for safety and product integrity reasons. Please review your order carefully before completing checkout.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged during shipping, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence of the damage. We will ship a full replacement at no additional charge. Please retain the damaged items and packaging until your replacement has been confirmed.
Wrong Items
If you receive an incorrect product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will ship the correct item to you and provide a prepaid return label for the incorrect item. We cover all shipping costs for order errors on our part.
Expired Inventory Holds
If your 1-hour payment window expires before your e-Transfer is received, the order is automatically cancelled and no charge applies. Held inventory is released back to available stock. You may place a new order subject to current product availability.
Quality Concerns
If you believe a product does not match its Certificate of Analysis (COA), contact us within 7 days of delivery. You must provide your own independent laboratory analysis demonstrating the discrepancy. Verified quality issues supported by independent analysis will receive a full refund.
PinPoint stands behind the quality and purity of all research compounds. Every product ships with a corresponding COA detailing identity, purity, and composition.
How to Request a Replacement or Refund
To initiate a replacement or refund request, email us at support@pinpointpeptides.ca with the following information:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Photographs of the product and packaging (if applicable)
- Independent analysis results (for quality concerns only)
We respond to all replacement and refund requests within 24 hours on business days.
Processing Time
Approved replacements are shipped within 2 business days of approval. Approved refunds are issued via Interac e-Transfer within 5 business days of approval. You will receive an email confirmation when your replacement has shipped or your refund has been sent.
