Acceptance of Terms

By accessing PinPoint and completing the age verification process, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use this site or purchase any products.

Product Use Disclaimer

All products sold by PinPoint are strictly for laboratory and research purposes only. Not for human consumption. Products are sold as research compounds and reagents intended for in vitro study and scientific investigation.

By purchasing from PinPoint, you acknowledge and agree that you are acquiring research compounds solely for lawful research and laboratory use. The buyer assumes full responsibility for ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations in their jurisdiction.

Age Requirement

You must be 18 years of age or older to browse and purchase from PinPoint. Age verification is required upon your first visit. By confirming your age, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old.

Canada-Only Sales

PinPoint ships exclusively within Canada. All orders must include a valid Canadian shipping address. Orders submitted with non-Canadian addresses will be rejected. It is your responsibility to ensure your shipping address is accurate and within Canada.

E-Transfer Payment

All orders must be paid via Interac e-Transfer. Upon completing checkout, you will receive instructions to send your e-Transfer to the designated PinPoint email address. The security question answer for your e-Transfer is your order number, which is provided on the order confirmation page.

Payment must be received within 60 minutes of checkout. If your e-Transfer is not confirmed within this 1-hour window, your order will be automatically cancelled and the held inventory will be released.

Inventory Hold

When you complete checkout, inventory for your ordered items is reserved for 60 minutes. This hold ensures product availability while you complete your e-Transfer payment. If payment is not confirmed within this window, the hold expires automatically and your order is cancelled. No charge applies for expired holds.

Order Confirmation

Orders are confirmed only after your e-Transfer payment has been received and matched by our team. Once payment is verified, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details and estimated shipping timeline. Until payment is confirmed, your order remains in a pending state.

Shipping

PinPoint ships to Canadian addresses only. Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout. Once your order is confirmed and shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Intellectual Property

All content on PinPoint, including but not limited to text, product descriptions, images, logos, and branding, is the property of PinPoint and is protected by Canadian intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from this site without prior written permission.

Limitation of Liability

PinPoint is not liable for any misuse of research compounds purchased through this site. All products are sold as-is for research and laboratory purposes. PinPoint makes no claims regarding the suitability of products for any purpose other than legitimate scientific research and in vitro analysis.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PinPoint shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or purchase of products.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes arising from or related to these terms shall be resolved in the courts of the Province of Ontario.

Changes to These Terms

PinPoint reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Your continued use of PinPoint after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
